All drive stations are supplied fully assembled and fasteners for the conveyor’s beam.
HEAD DRIVE UNIT
Our Easy-Link® modular conveyor systems can be supplied with vertical head drive unit with chain return in the bottom strand. To be used in combination with a 180 degrees idler unit.
Head drive units are available in the following versions, with or without applied gear motor (on the right or on the left side):
- Direct drive unit, when peculiar safety conditions are not required;
- Drive unit with coaxial slip clutch, when it is not possible to insert the gear motor in the bottom strand;
- Indirect drive unit, which has a slip clutch, safety carter, roller drive chain and special ring for the adjustment of the chain’s tension.
MIDDLE DRIVE UNITS
Our Easy-Link® modular conveyor systems can be supplied with middle drive units.
Middle drive units are available in horizontal and vertical versions.
Horizontal middle drive units
The horizontal middle drive unit (without chain return in the bottom strand) is available in the following versions, with or without gear motor applied (on the right or on the left side):
- Direct drive unit, when peculiar safety conditions are not required;
- Drive unit with coaxial slip clutch, when it is not possible to insert the gear motor in the bottom strand;
- Indirect drive unit, which has a slip clutch, safety carter, roller drive chain and special ring for the adjustment of the chain’s tension (and fasteners for the conveyor’s beam).
Vertical middle drive units
The vertical middle drive unit requires the combination with two 180 degrees idler units.
The vertical middle drive unit (light version) is available in the following versions, with or without gear motor applied (on the right or on the left side):
- Direct drive unit, when peculiar safety conditions are not required;
- Drive unit with coaxial slip clutch, when it is not possible to insert the gear motor in the bottom strand;
- Indirect drive unit, which has a clutch, safety carter, roller drive chain and special ring for the adjustment of the chain’s tension (and fasteners for the conveyor’s beam).
CURVE WHEEL DRIVE UNITS
The curve wheel drive units at 180 degrees without chain return of our Easy-Link® modular conveyor systems are particularly suitable for low tensile loads.
It is available in the following versions, with or without applied gear motor (on the left or right side):
- Direct drive, when peculiar safety conditions are not required;
- Direct drive with integrated coaxial slip clutch
Both versions are supplied fully assembled and complete with safety guard and fasteners to the conveyor’s beam.
