Idler units

The idler units are essential within our Easy-Link® modular chain conveyors.

According to the conveyor, 180 or 90 degrees idler units can be supplied (even in version with reduced dimensions).

The idler units with pinion and drive shaft are available in the following versions: with direct drive or with drive with coaxial slip clutch coupling. Version with longer shaft has a direct drive without chain backlash, which is ideal in Wedge conveyors to achieve synchronous transmission.
