OVERVIEW
STOPPER UNITS
Stopper units are employed, in our Easy-Link® modular conveyor system, to stop the pallet by the positioning units and/or at the limit switch, or to line up the pallet before the positioning units.
For the application in which high positioning precision is required, indexing units for pallets control are more suitable than stopper units.
The stop unit is supplied fully assembled complete with fasteners. Switches to be ordered separately.
PALLETS
Pallets in our Easy-Link® modular conveyor system are designed to offer the maximum conveyance and positioning precision.
The pallet’s positioning precision is guaranteed by horizontal and vertical V grooves on the pallet’s sides.
Pallets of different dimensions allow the conveyance of products which dimensions are bigger than the pallet one, if there is a good balance of weight.
INDEXING UNITS FOR PALLETS’ CONTROL
Indexing units of our Easy-Link® modular conveyor system are devices used to stop the pallet in its working position.
The high precision is guaranteed by a system of wedges with pneumatic drive for the centring positioning of the pallet, both vertically and horizontally.
The unit is supplied fully assembled and complete with fasteners.
Pallet is vertical indexed through suitable cylinders.
